Do not connect the USB cable between the printer and the computer before you start to install the driver, if it is already connected, please disconnect it.
The installation files to be downloaded are compressed, below we will explain how to download and uncompress them.
Choose one of the options above and download the one that corresponds to your operating system. Currently, most users have 64-bit versions, if you do not have this information, please follow the steps indicated in the next section.
Open the folder where you saved the installation file.
To unzip the installation file (.exe format), double-click on it.
A new folder will be created in the same folder. The new folder will have the same name as the zipped installation file.
Inside the new folder, open the Setup.exe file to start the installation.
When the installation is complete, connect the USB cable from the printer to your computer, you may also be prompted for this step during installation.

What version of Windows is running on my computer?
For Windows 10:
Select the Start button > Settings > System > About.
For Windows 7:
Select the Start button, type Computer in the search box, right-click on Computer and then select Properties.
The version and edition of Windows that your device is running are shown under Windows edition.
